Submitting the contact form or requesting a quote does not itself create a client relationship or binding obligation on either side. A formal engagement begins once scope, pricing and terms are agreed in writing between Boki Accounting and the client.

Where a package is agreed, fees are fixed and billed monthly unless otherwise stated in writing. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in, and either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice as agreed at onboarding.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and timely access to the records, accounts and documents reasonably needed for us to deliver our services.

We treat all client financial and business information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy, and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.

We take care to deliver accurate, timely work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Boki Accounting and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
