BOKI ACCOUNTING
About Boki Accounting

Built for founders who are tired of guessing at their numbers

Boki Accounting exists because too many growing businesses run on financials that are months behind, poorly categorized, or simply not trusted. We built a firm around the opposite: books that are accurate, current, and explained in language you can actually use.

Raza founded Boki Accounting to bring the same discipline he applies for international clients to growing businesses everywhere. As an Account Manager for UK-based firms including Ashar Brooks Ltd and IVY Education Ltd, he handles invoicing, debtor chasing and reconciliations, supplier payments, payroll, PAYE and VAT submissions, and monthly management reporting — the same rigor behind every account at Boki Accounting.

He is ACCA Qualified with hands-on experience across QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, and holds certifications as a Xero Certified Advisor, Xero Payroll Specialist, and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Before founding Boki Accounting, he trained the next generation of bookkeepers as an instructor at KBM Training & Recruitment in London.

Our Approach

Bookkeeping is the foundation. Clarity is the point.

Most bookkeeping goes wrong quietly — a duplicated transaction here, a misclassified expense there — until month-end arrives and nothing reconciles. We built our process specifically to catch that before it compounds.

Every account we manage is reconciled on a fixed schedule, every close follows the same checklist, and every report is reviewed by a person before it reaches you — not just generated and sent.

That discipline is what lets us move beyond bookkeeping into accounting and advisory: statements you can hand to a lender, and forecasts you can actually plan around.

What we won’t do

  • Hand off your account to a junior you’ve never spoken with.
  • Let a reconciliation discrepancy roll forward unexplained.
  • Bill you for work you didn’t agree to upfront.
  • Send a report without being able to explain every line in it.
What We Value

The principles behind how we work

Accuracy first

We'd rather take an extra day to reconcile a discrepancy than hand you numbers we're not confident in.

Plain-English communication

You shouldn't need an accounting degree to understand your own financial statements. We explain, not just report.

Transparent pricing

Fixed monthly fees, agreed upfront. No surprise invoices for work you didn't know you needed.

Judgment over automation

Software helps us work faster — it doesn't replace the judgment that keeps your books actually correct.

We teach as we go

Every advisory call is a chance to understand your numbers a little better, not just receive a report.

Small, senior team

No account gets handed to a rotating cast of juniors. You work with people who know your business.
